Since your checking and savings have different account numbers but most likely the same bank login info, you may have to link your savings account manually. Here's a step-by-step guide on How to link your bank. I'd recommend first trying the option for 3-5 days to see if you have the option to add your bank account by inputting it's account and routing number.
