How to process an unusual donation

A relative who is not online gave us her credit card info to make a donation to our nonprofit. How do I do that for her?

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

I tried replicating the issue by using the URL of your website.

Please follow the below steps to process donation.

1. Login to your website.
2. Click on the "Donate" button.
3. Enter the amount you wish to donate.
4. Two payment options available: Donate with PayPal / Donate with debit or credit card option.
5. Choose the "Donate with debit or credit card" option.

You can proceed with the donation using this option.

If you are still experiencing issues, please create an MTS ticket via the following URL - https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US . Please ensure that you provide detailed information and error details when submitting the ticket.
