I setup IPN but I don't see IPN messages in my history

I setup Instant Payment Notification (IPN) in my settings here: https://www.paypal.com/merchantnotification/ipn/preference
I checked the work of "Notification URL" with IPNSimulator(https://developer.paypal.com/dashboard/ipnSimulator)
But I don't see IPN messages in my history: https://www.paypal.com/merchantnotification/ipn/history.
Why PayPal does not send IPN messages for my account? What do I need to setup more for it?

Note: IPN Simulator messages will not appear in your PayPal account IPN history.
