Non US citizens cannot activate paypal business account for advanced checkout

Hello,

I need an urgent help.

I have a business in USA but i am not a us citizen. I want to activate advanced express checkout functionality for my website. Paypal asks to confirm business information to activate advanced checkout and there is only one country to select nationality, United States. 

How can i solve this problem?

You can't use another countries paypal account, if you don't live in the U.S you can't use that countries paypal account.

But i have settled everything for my business. I have Bank of America Account connected to my paypal business account! Are you sure that i cannot use advanced checkout functionality? I can publish invoices and receive payments to my paypal account but cannot use advanced express checkout functionality without filling out the form that i submitted before

You have been lucky so far. However if you are logging in continuously from another country then at some point you may well find your paypal account permanently limited as it is not allowed.

My situation is little bit different. I established my business while i was in USA. I have ITIN and EIN but i didn't get my SSN yet. Evet i get my SSN, paypal asks for US citizenship to activate the advanced express payment! 

I don't know how to proceed. It seems paypal applied too much restriction. This case i need to find a business partner who has US citizenship! There should be some other ways!
