PayPal processes a payment, but the order doesn't register on Shopify, causing an automatic refund.

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my Shopify store that has been ongoing since its launch. Occasionally, when customers place an order and pay with PayPal, the order does not register in Shopify, and I do not receive the payment. Despite this, the customer is billed, but then automatically refunded within 5-30 minutes. This issue occurs approximately 10% of the time, causing me to lose potential customers and revenue, as many affected customers do not repurchase.
