When a buyer tries to check out on my site and chooses to pay with a credit or debit card, they get the following "sorry, something went wrong" error.  This problem started some time after 13:40PM US Eastern today, Jan 4, 2024

I recommend trying again by clearing your browser cache and cookies or using a different browser or device.

 

If your still facing issues, please create an MTS ticket via -  https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US  with the detailed information and error details.

I am facing the same issue too. Everything was working properly until Thursday 4th. I opened a ticket with support without a helpful response. Have you been able to solve it?

Hello @HeinOnline 

Thank you for posting this and bringing it to your attention. Our PayPal Product Developers have fixed this issue, and your buyers should no longer be seeing the error "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again."

This error is getting me nuts, It's something on your end right? And it's only with one merchant
