Using Donation button in sandbox

I am trying to support an orphanage in India.

I have created a donation button in my business sandbox account.

I can make donations with this using my personal sandbox account.

When I try to make a donation using a card such as Visa the transaction does not complete. It just loops. I'm using the Visa card number provided for test purposes with a future date and security code 123.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
