integrating paypal smart buttons to a shopify store

hello,i want to integrate paypal buttons into my shopify store,but i heard a lot of paypal saying that the payment will go directly to paypal and I'll not see the transaction of the orders on shopify,also paypal smart button don’t calculate the shipping cost,how can i solve these problems?

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

 

Yes, PayPal system is a payment gateway, which will receive the payment request payload (i.e Payment and Item details, Shipping details, Invoice number, Amount details etc.) from merchant websites(built via third party platforms eCommerce Shopify) and process the payments accordingly.

 

You can get the PayPal transaction details by integration "Webhooks" event notifications service.

 

To add Shipping amount/fee use this parameter https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/orders/v2/#orders_create!path=purchase_units/amount/breakdown/... 

 

We recommend merchants to integrate our latest PayPal Checkout (Smart button) product.

 

Third party eCommerce Shopify develops their own plugins/modules. 

 

I would suggest to please contact the support of the third party platform(eCommerce Shopify) who should be able to help regarding Shopify plugin/module setup and make sure to pass valid API requests to PayPal system.

Login PayPal.com >> go to direct link "https://www.paypal.com/buttons/" >> follow the above steps

hi,im no good in these things I'll never be able to do it myself,can i hire you to do this to my store? if no,can i hire other paypal employee to do this for me?
