Access to PayPal reconciliation report, does anyone have access?

If so, how did you get it? Paypal Merchant Support is ignoring my requests/emails. I have a case and had a thread going back and forth with them, then they stopped responding before Christmas, repeated attempts since then to get and answer, crickets!

I would suggest to please use "Monthly Financial Summary report" for accurate PayPal balance reconciliation process.
Login to PayPal.com >> Go to direct link - https://www.paypal.com/reports >> Financial summaries >> Financial summary >> toggle date and create report.
(Or)
Merchants can also process the balance reconciliation process by using PayPal Activity download report.
Login PayPal.com >> Reports >> Activity Download >> Transaction type "Balance affecting" >> date range >> create report.

To enable/subscribe "Settlement Report" via LIVE PayPal account, please contact our PayPal Customer service via link - https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/home (then choose at the bottom one of the contact methods - email or phone) who should be able to help you regarding the request.

Appreciate the response but manually downloading a report doesn't work for use. We process over 6000 PayPal transactions per month, we can not do manual processes like that. That's why we are requesting access to the reconciliation report, we were told by our previous Paypal POC that this report could be used to check the checks and balances we needed thru an API. Please advise next steps to getting access to the Reconciliation report as stated in your dev manuals.

Yes, merchants can use the Transaction Search API to get the history of transactions for a PayPal account.
