My payment still pending

hi my client send a partial payment for our va project but it's already received by paypal but put on pending it is already 7 days what shouk I do

Sounds like an echeque, does it give you an approx clearance date?

it said payment received for invoice but it is still pending in paypal. I saw it was pending until Oct16 but until now it is pending...
