Paypal having issue with bigcommerce agree and connect page. ( bigcommerce pty ltd )

Hi there,

  Please note we were using paypal with big commerce and its working well from last couple of years, yesterday We need to check something, we disconnect and try to connect again.

But when it goes to stage agree and connect with big commerce pty ltd , its gives an error ( something went wrong). We have tried everything, different computers/ different browsers/ even different paypal account

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

I would suggest to please cross check your PayPal Business account and make sure it is verified and confirmed without any account limitations. 

If your still facing the issue, please create a MTS ticket via - https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US with detailed error information.

I clear a cache and that helped. But still having error issues

I cleared browser cache and deleted all temporary internet files for both bigcommerce.com and paypal.com

It did not help.

I have a Standard Plan account with BigCommerce.

I am based in Thailand.

I do have a PayPal Business account with PayPal Thailand. 

I can use this PayPal Business account with Prestashop Shopping Cart CMS on my own website.

The onboarding process completed smoothly without any errors.

However, when I want to connect the same PayPal business account to my BigCommerce website https://bedront.com , the list of available onboarding countries is very small: Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guiana, Germany, Greece, Guadeloupe, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Mayotte, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States.

I contacted BigCommerce Support, they say that BigCommerce is not limiting the list of onboarding countries.

They recommended me to contact PayPal and ask this question.

So, I am here at this forum.
