What does transaction event code T6000 actually mean? Not documented?

I am seeing transactions with "Transaction Event Code" or T-code value set to T6000 in the data...   but that T-code does not appear to be defined in the documentation e.g. https://developer.paypal.com/docs/reports/reference/tcodes/

Does anyone know what T6000 actually means?
