I've previously been onboarded by a sales onboarding personnel, she issued me a BN Code.
Now that I've completed all Sandbox integration and testing, I want to take the app live.
What's the approval process for this? Who do I contact?

Hi @zylvie,
Thank you for posting to the PayPal Merchant Community.
Depending on what you are trying to do in sandbox the BN code may not be necessary. The PayPal standard and advanced checkout integrations do not require a BN code to be utilized [https://developer.paypal.com/docs/checkout/]. If you are configuring a checkout that is utilizing PayPal Complete Payments Platform for Marketplaces and Platforms, then you will need to onboard with our sales team to obtain pre-approval before going live [https://developer.paypal.com/docs/multiparty/#link-tellusaboutyourplatform].
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to ask them here or create a PayPal Merchant Technical Support (MTS) ticket via the following URL: https://www.paypal.com/mts. Please ensure that you provide detailed information and any errors you are experiencing when submitting the ticket.
Sincerely,
John
