UK Disability VAT Exemption

I have just posted a question about creating a large number of subscriptions as we need to move away from WooCommerce and their new support arrangements... My other question relates to administering UK Disability VAT Exemption on eligible products. If PayPal had an option of asking buyers three eligibility questions and limiting the price * 0.8 to UK orders, that would be amazing, and would give PayPal a big advantage over WooCommerce.

I would suggest to please contact our PayPal Customer service via link - https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us (then choose at the bottom one of the contact methods - email or phone) who should be able to help you regarding the request.

They will be able to assist you further as they are specially trained to address this type of account inquiry.
