I purchased something using credit card through paypal, but by that time i didnt have the account. I canceled the transaction on the same day and the seller proceeded it on the next day. And then i opened paypal account, using same email address that ive used as a non paypal account holder. As of now, i think the money is floating becus it is counted in the credit card billing, but the money is neither refunded to credit card nor paypal account.. What should i do?
