I was scam by my recipient

So yeah I send a payment to a recipient but he scam me

I disputed the transaction already but there is no button to dispute for scamming so I choose the unusual activity

I waited 2 weeks and I thought I could get a refund. I even provide a proof that my recipient scam me but Paypal still deny it.

How? How please! Help me how to get my money back!
