Error when using Payflow as Shopify Gateway

Hi, I am trying to integrate Payflow Pro with Shopify and I am having some trouble. Currently, payments are not working on my store. The error I am getting is: "There was an issue processing your payment. Try again or use a different payment method." I am pretty sure this is to do with an error in the credentials. What I was wondering is, what exactly are you supposed to enter in the "partner" and "user" fields when integrating with Shopify? if you register from paypal flow pro link the partner will be
Paypal
user will be your login name different from merchant id
All are in email after you register successfully, have you checked?
