Subscription checkout now is forcing login instead of payment options

Just recently I noticed that my subscription sales have plummeted severely. So I started digging through the sales page and checkout flow which is initiated by the "Subscribe Now" button.
When the button used to be clicked over the past few months, it brought the customer to a guest checkout page with subscription price, description, and payment options and an optional ability to log in with a PayPal account.
However, now when the "Subscribe Now" button is clicked, it brings the customer to a PayPal login page with absolutely no mention of the subscription, pricing, or description. Just the options to "Log In" or "Pay with Debit or Credit Card", which is hurting my conversions as most people are just abandoning the checkout process.
How can I restore the guest checkout when the subscription button is clicked??
