4 pending payments to Lacoste

Hi I have 4 pending payments or 85 Euros each for Lacoste.

I tried to purchase a top on the Lacoste website and i clicked the pay now using paypal 4 times and nothing happened on the web page.

I did not know id been charged.

How can I cancel the 4 payments in pending status and get the money back into my credit card please?

I called lacoste and they said that the money would automatically be sent back but nothing has happened.

When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
