Account closed

I pay for my YouTube Red/Premium account through PayPal, I have for over a year. My last payment was declined. In my Google wallet it shows that my PayPal account is closed, that's why the payment won't go through. I haven't closed my PayPal account, my debit card is in good standing, not expired ect.. why is my account showing closed?

Ehm? Help us please PayPal? You never answered to this, he is not the only one, many of us have the same problem.

I had the same problem but solved it by deleting my PayPal option in Google Pay and readding it again ( you may need to remove Google in Automatic payments in Paypal I did it but I don't think it mattered).
