I use an Australia Post Load and Go Travel Visa Card to make purchases on-line, and I have used the card several times whilst travelling and on ebay and it works well. It's a debit VISA card. I've linked the card to paypal, and now paypal wont allow any purchases to be made through paypal. The card is active and current, and can easily be used on ebay, however when I try and use it via paypal to make a purchase, Paypal is declining the purchase. Paypal is declining the purchase, and stating the bank is declining the purchase, and the bank is stating the card is active and fully loaded, and it's a Paypal issue. Please help, it's driving me insane.
