Buying bitcoin using Paypal from NZ

How do I purchase items based in US with my Paypal. I’m trying to buy bitcoin on XCoins and many of the lenders won’t accept NZ PayPal

They would have 0 paypal seller protection for selling bitcoins apart from it not being allowed via paypals acceptable use policy.

Advice is voluntary.
