Hi, I just have a question. It started when I used a Vanilla Visa Gift Card to make a purchase online and the merchant refunded me the amount upon request. But this morning, I got an email saying the refund was completed, but it was put into my PayPal Balance and I don’t want to link a bank to my account. Is there a way to get the PayPal Balance loaded back onto the Vanilla Visa Gift Card?
