Hello, a customer who was physically at our store paid for a bike with a $3000 echeck. We have held the bike until the echeck listed in paypal as having cleared. However, he now decided that he doesn't want the bike and wants his $3000 refunded. Can the 'cleared' echeck still bounce? If so, how long do I need to wait for it to truly clear?
