im trying to do payment with paypal accaunt but something wrong.
i only received this message - "There are insufficient funds on this card or the limit has been exceeded. Please use a different card or payment option"
can you explain it ?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
