Can't use PayPal on the Google Play Store

I'm trying to buy some stuff on the Play Store, but when I try to check out the system return the error [OR-CPIT-10] cause "the mothod you choose is not valid" and I can't get through it.

What should I do?

The simple reason for this is that Google, according to my experience, will not accept pay pal if it is not linked to a card of some kind.

This doesn't work. I have a large enough balance in my PayPal account and I also have a debit linked. I don't understand why this this marked as solved. it seems like you just can't link your PayPal account to Google play. So we cant use PayPal to pay for digital services on Google play?
