I have had it. Paypal is the worst company ive ever done business with! no matter what i try to do i get the error

I cant transfer money to my accounts because it will not let me confirm a bank account. it says to enter my user name and password for the bank and then says error try again in a few minutes. I cant use my paypal balance to purchase anything online. this is ABSOLUTELY 100% bogus scam of a company. Force holding almost 800 of my money FOR ALMOST 4 DAYS. There is no account limitations, there is no account payment holds. when i call they say that their system denies me sending money for many different possible reasons. BUT I CANNOT DO ANYTHING. I should be able to charge PAYPAL fees for my time. fees for my customers time and aggression because i cannot ship out their products without money i have spend almost 15 hours in the last 4 days verifying this and that uploading this and that and now they just have ran out of excuses to give me for not giving me my money! whose and attorney in this community??? can we class action this bogus company!?? I want MY money available to use NOW! no more excuses
