I have a high balance and used walamrt.com twice last night. This morning i tried to replace cancelled item and card declined several times. chat cannot resolve or find record. Number on card has no live agents and automated system does not even recognize card number. Beyond frustrsting, as i have plenty of money in account and this is a paypal debit mastercard. Any ideas? I have not been contacted or have ant declines showing
