Carrier billing thru paypal.

Is there a way to use mobile carrier payments to get paypal balance? if not does anyone know of a site that will allow me to use carrier billing to get gift cards or prepaid cards.

We do not have the option to transfer balance to mobile carriers as of yet.

If you don't have a U.S bank account then your only option to withdraw funds is to request a cheque in your country.
