i was trying to do a 160euros for my medicine entrance exam there in italy through Paypal today and 15th of march which is tommorow is the end date . it says that my credict card is declined .However I contacted the bank and the bank said that Paypal has wide(refused) my transaction. I need to do my payment today .could someone please help me on this matter ASAP .Thankyou in advance.
