Charges when drawing from a bank account

Hi, when I have. Zero balance in PayPal, but have funds in my associated bank account, do PayPal charge me anything for then revenrting to my bank account funds or is that a free automatic process ? Thanks Zipp

You never need funds in your Paypal account balance as a buyer. When you purchase an item then Paypal credit the seller for you, this is so there is no delay in the despatch of your item. Paypal will then take the wait for the funds to transfer to reimburse them.

But if you want to add funds to your balance yourself and pay that way instead then its free to add or withdraw funds to and from a UK bank account and paypal account.
