Client gave me his credit card number to pay my invoice

Thank you for joining the community!
PayPal does not permit a merchant to make payments using a client's card number on their behalf using the PayPal Payments Standard product. For the safety of the buyer, they are not supposed to pass their card information directly to another party.
For products that do allow this of payment processing, please take a look here.
Using PayPal Payments Standard, you can send an invoice to your client in order to collect payment for a product or service that you're providing. The client will be able to pay that invoice directly using their own PayPal account.
