Config - automatically accept payments from private 3rd parties - setting does not exist

I've received the following mail:

"You received YYY EUR from XXXX on fri 27 mar 2020. If you do not claim your money by sun 26 apr 2020, this transaction will be canceled and the money will be returned to XXXX account.
Log in to your PayPal account to view the details of this transaction.

You need to manually claim this money because:
Your payment receiving preferences are set to manually accept or deny this type of payment."

If I log in and go to Settings > Payments > Manage your Automatic Payments - I can only manage my OUTGOING payments "for monthly subscriptions, installment plans, recurring payments, and even one-time payments to certain merchants.", there are no options to manage how I can automatically accept INCOMING payments from private 3rd parties.
Where is this setting option?

Hi @angoo ,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Our system is set up in a way that we are required to manually accept payments for security reasons. There is no option to disable this feature.

Hope this had clarified your concern. Always stay safe.
