Customer paid using PayPal dot com instead of PayPal dot me. Payment never arrived. 
I’ve tried to contact PayPal without success. Please help.

If its pending / unclaimed on the senders paypal account then it would time out at 30 days if it does not complete.

If there is a cancel option tell them to use it.

If its completed then they may have to open a dispute for non receipt of item as that person has nothing to send them.
