Deposit paid but the recipient has t received the payment

Hi, could anyone please advise? I paid someone a deposit and my PayPal says the money was sent, but she says she hasn’t received it. I wondered if I need to release the funds in some way?

If the recipient does not see a record of payment at all check if you sent money to correct phone number or email address.
