i would like to seek your assistance.
I have linked my Visa prepaid card Issued by Dukascopy Visa to my Paypal account, this card was valid only for 3 days ( 72 hours ) validity.
I initiated a transfer from my Linked card to one guy who provided me with virtually assistance to solve one case i had, so i transfer couple of transaction to him.
first one is 45 USD and second one is around 500 USD.
the payment was on hold on his account for more than 9 days now even after he approved the payment still on hold.
I asked him to refund back only the 45 USD to my account but it happen that the money went back to Dukasvisa copy whichs not valid any more as its a temporary card and cant be activated it again as its for 1 time use.
i dont know how to get my money back and i dont know why the 500 USD still pending with that guy.
