Funding source problem

I just made the account about 5 hours ago i have added my credit card and i am trying to buy something but when ever i click on purchase it says : "We're sorry but we couldn't complete your purchase using the funding source you selected. Pleaase add a debit or credit card". Then i add my credit card again but i am getting the same issure again and again

Card is already confirmed. I even thought maybe the international transactions might be off but it is not the case
