Once I pay the seller, does it goes directly to sellers account and able to withdraw to their bank account? Or PayPal holds the funds until buyer approves the item. Thank you.
it depends, PP decides who they hold money from and who they don't. To some they may get their funds right away but in my case i've always had holds in every single transaction and i've been using them for like 5 years or more,,
