So I transferred someone a ticket from ticketmaster since it was a presale ticket and they paid me through the goods and services on paypal but it is still on hold I believe. They haven't answered me back yet about the money and it's been almost 3 days ever since they said "I will release it in 24 hours or earlier" and I was wondering how long does it take to release the money from the hold if you sent money through Goods & Services.
