Have a transaction ID but money is not in my confirmed bank account

My wife sent me $400 via paypal. I accepted it on the 25th and then it gave me a transaction ID that it was going into my confirmed bank account that day. I called pay pal several times and they say it would be there by the end of the day on friday (30th) and it never appeared. They said it was on the banks end. Called the bank and they say its on paypal's end. Where is my money? I confirmed email addresses and bank accounts. Neither party wants to take responsibility for the missing money.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues receiving the funds into your bank. Did you initiate the transfer to the bank and receive a confirmation from PayPal stating that action has been taken? If so, are you showing the payment as completed in your PayPal transactions? If its showing as completed, we will tell you to work with the bank as completed means it would have left the system. If the bank is stating they are unable to see the request on there end, we can initiate a trace 14 days after the initial withdrawal. When that time has passed, please contact our customer service so we can initiate that for you.
