How do I receive money through paypal?

Hi I need help with instructions on how to receive money with my paypal account. I don't actually operate from a website but through my social media pages/handles. My customer got an error message saying they had to "email recipient for instructions" What do can I do? Please help. Thanks

Yeah I'm actually from Nigeria. I know we get a lot of controversy about the country but nevertheless there are those who do legit biz as well

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.

I understand why but I honestly feel we should be allowed to receive money despite the circumstances since paypal is doing good biz from us sending/making payments for stuff. All the same I appreciate your time and replies. Cheers
