I have been given 2 Courtesy Credits by PayPal when their system has not worked properly for my account. I understand these amounts can not be added to my balance but can simply be used to purchase things, but it is totally unclear as to WHERE these can be used...or HOW. When I click on either of the Courtesy Credits there are Instructions which tell me to click on the USE OFFER button. However, there IS NO SUCH BUTTON on either of my "Offers". How do I utilize these credits and where are they accepted?

Hi @sphs71,
Welcome to the PayPal Community, and thank you for your post! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble using your courtesy credit. Generally when you receive a credit, you'll receive this in the form of a voucher. Vouchers can then be applied to your next purchase with merchants who accept PayPal. When you click on the courtesy credit, there should be an option to select "Use with next purchase." This will then automatically apply to your next purchase when you go through the checkout process. I hope this helps!
Thanks,
- Celeste S.
