You can try clearing your browser cache / cookies to see if that helps. It could simply be an integration issue on their end, though, so you'd need to reach out to them about that.

How do I clear that??

Browser Settings -> Privacy -> Clear Browsing Data. It should be something similar to that no matter what browser you're running.
