How to withdraw money from ETORO (in USD) to PAYPAL Europe (in EUR)

Hi Everyone,

I used my credit card via PayPal to make a deposit on EToro.

I want to know when I come to withdraw funds from eToro: if it will be converted automatically to EUR since I have Paypal in Europe and since ETORO devise is in USD ? Or how I can avoid this !

Even if there any other alternative that could be helpfull in this case !
