Normally when you are trying to send money from your UK bank account to your Paypal account from your UK bank app you need to use a sort code and account number that PayPal has provided you with. Well, the problem is that I have used those details and gave them to a delivery company so they can pay my compensation claim. When I have realised that I have made a mistake I have contacted the delivery company to cancel the transfer and they have told me that they did not receive a bounce-back confirmation.
Now the question is where did the money go?? Does Paypal have the money? Who to contact at PayPal about this problem, the customer support team could not help me?
