I bought a game on a website using my paypal. I refunded the game on the website i bought it from. The refund was confirmed by the website. In my paypal account i looked at my ''Activity'' page. It said i had received 16 euros. I tried to use those 16 euros on something else, but it declined. I looked at my paypal wallet and it was empty. Where did my 16 euros go?
