I have requested payments from linkvertise.net and the payments are getting rejected by PayPal. I don't understand why it is getting rejected. It's not a ridiculous amount of money it's just 22$. I have just opened my account and have not transacted anything through the account. Is there a solution to this rejection?
I have Linked my Debit card but am yet to link my bank account. Is this the problem? For this small amount of money, is bank verification necessary beforehand?
