- I ordered a replacement TV remote from China before the virus outbreak and it was paid for. I queried delivery and was emailed to say that it couldn't be send for obvious reasons, understandably. Should I request a refund or continue waiting?

Great question! I would advise disputing the transaction for a refund and purchasing the remote elsewhere. Hopefully you receive the refund soon!
