Inactive phone number linked to paypal

Hello. I have received payment via paypal but the phone number i had linked to my paypal account is inactive. Is there a way i can redirect that amount to my other registered phone number? Payment transaction ID :2X9814477N1377931 Transaction date friday 9 july2021 Amount $3.54usd

Welcome to the PayPal community and thank you for your post. 

I understand your concern regarding the payment. Since the payment is already received on your PayPal account, you'll not be able to send/redirect the funds to another PayPal account. However, you can certainly withdraw the funds to your bank account or card.
