Is business account type allowed to send money to a friend

I need to know if a business account can send money to a friend. Because my boss is sending me money as payment to service and im new to paypal and i have to wait for 60 days because my salary is on hold. I dont want to send confirmation because my boss is so busy to accept the confirmation for me to receive it asap. So is theres a chance that i can get my money without waiting for 60days? . my account isnt verified because i dont have a bank to input. I just want to know if they are allowed to send it as to a friend. Because i got a huge fee when i receiving my money if they send it as a service.

Business accounts can send friends and family payments in general but friends and family feature may not be available for some countries, but PayPal can hold your payment for review, up to 72 hours if it is a friends and family payment.

The hold shouldn't be 60 days for a goods and services payment that's subject to the funds availability hold. It should be 21 days.
